Last year, there were 12.8 million sick days taken due to stress, anxiety, or depression, which accounted for 54% of all work days lost. We at Evolving Mindset want to help you to reduce these figures by promoting mental well-being within your workforce.

We offer a variety of 1-day and 2-day programmes, which can be tailored to your organisation's needs and requirements. Feedback received has already evidenced a significant positive reduction in workplace sickness, due to stress, anxiety, or depression.

 

All our sessions are delivered by qualified Trainers, Mental Health Nurses and Counsellors.
