The team at Evolving Mindset are deep rooted in the Merseyside area and connected with our local communities and aware of the many local factors that impact upon peoples mental health and well-being.
As a team, we have gained a significant level of experience of working in the mental health field and the Community sector with a cross section of organisations including The NHS, mental health and well-being charities and Voluntary Organisations supporting people living with mental health needs. Alongside this professional experience a number of our team are able to draw on personal experiences of mental health difficulties.

Evolving Mindset offers a solution for our communities promoting equality, inclusion and, connectiveness and are committed to tackling the stigma of mental health by providing mental health education for all.

Our vision is to be a leading Mental Health provider, addressing gaps in community Mental Health support provision locally. Our vision has always been to create safe, non-judgemental spaces for our communities to access and assist with the reduction of mental ill health and suicides within the Merseyside area.

Evolving Mindset’s mission is to actively engage, educate and empower individuals, groups and organisations across Merseyside. We are committed to erasing the stigma surrounding mental ill health through our innovative psycho-educational support programmes and working collaboratively with our strategic partners.

MEET THE EVOLVING MINDSET TEAM
Phil Noon
Co-Founder & Director
Phil is one of the co-founders of Evolving Mindset CIC, and currently acts as Director.
Phil has vast experience working the third sector and holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's services.
Andrew Noon
Co-Founder & Director
Andrew is one of the co-founders of Evolving Mindset CIC, and currently acts as Director.
With a BSc in Mental Health Nursing from Liverpool John Moores University and a Level 3 Award in Education & Training, Andrew is one of our most experienced facilitators.
Karen Noon
Office Manager & Company Secretary
Karen previously worked for a local charity for over 25 years, where she gained and developed her valuable skills. She loves being part of such an invaluable service Evolving Mindset provide and seeing the positive impact it has on people's lives.
Jodie Roberts
Volunteer Impact
Co-ordinator
Jodie supports Evolving Mindset as our Impact Coordinator, promoting positive Mental Health and well-being in the local community, businesses and schools. She mainly focuses on the development and implementation of appropriate outcome measures and impact measurement tools, processes and systems.
Kirsty
Volunteer
Kirsty is currently studying to become a counsellor; upon completing the EM programme, and seeing the impact it had, she wanted to be able to support others.
Along with other past participants we run a monthly 'check in and chat' support group to give a little refresh of the programme to attendees and offer any guidance they may need.
Terry
Volunteer
Terry has been working in the health and social care industry for over 12 years and he has been volunteering for most of his life. Terry is passionate about helping others and provides support and guidance to members during our community sessions.
