ABOUT EVOLVING MINDSET CIC

As a team, we have gained a significant  level of experience of working in the mental health field and the third sector with a cross section of organisations including  the NHS, mental health and well-being charities and community projects supporting people living with mental health needs. Alongside this professional experience a number of our team are able to draw on personal experiences of mental health difficulties, which has helped us in offering relatable content and delivery, which is evidenced by our feedback. We have built a strong brand recognition in our local area since inception, with many people reaching out for support with their mental health and well-being.

The team at Evolving Mindset are rooted in the Merseyside area, are connected with their local communities and aware of the many local factors that impact upon peoples mental health and well-being. Evolving Mindset is offering a solution for our communities promoting equality, inclusion and, connectiveness and are committed to tackling the stigma of mental health by providing mental health education for all. We provide support which bridges the gap between primary and secondary care services.

Volunteer

I'm currently studying to become a counsellor.

Upon completing the EM programme, and seeing the impact it had I wanted to be able to support others.

Along with other past participants we run a monthly 'check in and chat' support group to give a little refresh of the programme to attendees and offer any guidance they may need.
