WORKING TO IMPROVE MENTAL HEALTH & WELL-BEING IN OUR COMMUNITY
Thanks to various funding streams and profit retained from Workplace Mental Health Training, Evolving Mindset provide a wide range of mental health and well-being projects for our Merseyside community to join for free.
Our projects run from various locations within the Merseyside area and are designed to raise awareness and provide education on a range of topics related to mental health and how to promote your mental well-being.
Online 6 Week Mental Health & Well-being Programme
Our Free Online community mental health & Well-being programme consists of 6 sessions delivered over a 6 week period with each one being facilitated by a mental health professional on a Wednesday evening 6.15-8pm.
Drop In Centres
Evolving Mindset are based in different hubs in Prescot, Speke, Kirkby and St Helens offering Group Wellbeing Sessions and information on the support we offer. Please get in touch if you’d like to find out more
Future Skills Employability Project
Funded by Evolving Mindset and Livv Housing Group, We deliver an employability project which provides Knowsley Residents with 3 free qualifications, CV writing, Interview skills and support with searching for a job
Knowsley Mens Well-being Club
Evolving Mindset, in partnership with Volair Leisure provide a men's well-being Club every Thursday at Huyton Leisure Centre 6-7pm. Men can engage in various sports such as football, boxercise, circuit training, badminton and table tennis. Men can also speak to one of our team if they need to offload!
Knowsley Young Minds Project
Funded by Evolving Mindset and Livv Housing Group, our Knowsley Young Minds Project provides free Mental Health & well-being Workshops, 1-1 mentoring and free Qualifications to Young people aged 14-24 in the Knowsley area.
South Liverpool Mens Well-being Club
Evolving Mindset, in partnership with South Liverpool Homes provide a mens Well-being Club in Austin Rawlinson Lifestyles, Speke on Wednesday evenings, 7-8pm completely free of charge. Men can engage in various sports such as football, boxercise, circuit training, badminton and table tennis. Men can also speak to one of our team if you need to offload!
