In order to be mindful, you must find those quiet moments to relax. We at Evolving Mindset will take you through a journey of understanding Mindfulness and Relaxation, including ways to relax and how you can practice mindfulness wherever you are. Included within this session is a group meditation, to educate on how you can become mindful....not mind-full.
