Mindfulness is an integrative, mind-body based approach that helps to manage your thoughts, feelings and mental health in a more positive way, guiding your awareness to the present moment.

The benefits in practising mindfulness;

  • Create space between you and your thoughts, helping us to focus our attention, as well as observing our thoughts and feelings without judgement

In order to be mindful, you must find those quiet moments to relax.  We at Evolving Mindset will take you through a journey of understanding Mindfulness and Relaxation, including ways to relax and how you can practice mindfulness wherever you are.  Included within this session is a group meditation, to educate on how you can become mindful....not mind-full.
