INTRODUCTION & GOAL SETTING
This session introduces you to Evolving Mindset and what can be expected from each section of the programme. We will give support and guidance through each step of the process, ensuring that you never feel you are on your own.
Key aims of the session:
We will engage and support you to identify areas of concern in your life that you may wish to change
We will provide education and empower you to create SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Timebound) goals in relation to the changes you wish to make
We will motivate and inspire you to start believing that you can make positive changes to your mental and physical wellbeing
We will give you an insight into the structure of the Evolving Mindset programme and the many benefits that these sessions offer
